Return/Refund/Cancellation policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy subject to certain conditions.
For completion and compliance
No refund of filing fees once the tax return is e-filed or shipped.
Amend tax return
If you choose to amend your tax return, a separate tax filing fee will be required.
Service non-delivery
Under extreme circumstances, if we are not able to file/ship your tax return in time, a partial refund will be considered.
In case of death of the taxpayer, a full refund would be issued.
Non-Refundable items
Refunds are not available for Tax consultation booked with us. Services explicitly stated as non-refundable in their description.
Cancellation policy
No cancellation is allowed once your Tax return is filed with the authorities.
How to request a refund of the fees paid:
- Sent an email to superexpat@cloudexpattax.com with the reason for a refund.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection in 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed in the original method within 10 business days.
Partial refunds
In certain situations where we have already started with the prep and could not file in time a partial refund may be granted.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Delivery
Once we share the proof of filing with you on our portal or an email, the service is considered as delivered and our engagement ends there.
